Dustin Chan Character Award

Dustin Chan was a member of the Dulles Middle School Band program from 2012-2014. He led by example in his academics and musicianship. He demonstrated strong moral values, character, and a positive outlook on life. He was a 7^th grade trumpeter in the Honor Band at the time of his passing. He was the model of what a band student in the Viking Bands strive to become. The Viking Band Boosters, parents, and students created this award to honor Dustin. The award includes a full scholarship to attend Fort Bend Band Camp.
